KNB EFX – still the best, and out favorite, in practical gore effects (going back to Nicotero’s work in Evil Dead 2: Dead By Dawn…actually, before that). What’s “gore galore” to most might be a medium amount of gore for us (and we’re also far from ‘squeamish’), but we agree 100% with the “raw, visceral” part. Plus, the eyeballs were a great touch.
